Terms of Service

All sales are final, there are no refunds/exchanges/returns once you commit to your purchase. However, refer to the refund policy if you have any issues regarding specifically lost/damaged/missing items. Any unpaid invoices after 24 hours without any communication are subject to the whole basket being forfeited and being blocked from shopping with us in the future.

We are located in and ship out of WA. Once your package is in possession of the post office, we are no longer liable for any discrepancies. We take pride in using high quality packing materials, and taking the time/effort into hand packing every order with love and care, as well as including multiple fragile stickers around the box. We package every order to be in the best condition possible for it’s safe arrival to you.
